Each team MUST consist of a minimum of five entrants running in the same race.

Each team member MUST fill out and sign an entry form.

Teams can be entered prior to the event by noting the team name on the entry form or simply e-mailing a list showing all the team members and their race numbers.

There is no limit to the number of members in a team, however only the first four will count towards the team trophy. The winners will be the team with the lowest total of the positions of the first four members crossing the finishing line. If you are considering entering a very large team, it may be more fun to divide into smaller teams and have an internal competition.
