Updated: Apr 4, 2022

Event Date Sunday 20th March 2022

Brentwood Theatre have a host of festive treats lined up for us this December and as they are part of our event organising team, we thought we'd tell you a bit more about them.

Meet, Eat, Drink, Relax and Work

Brentwood Theatre has been at the heart of the Arts in Brentwood for over 25 years. Offering not only a place of entertainment, but also a community hub and now with our newly refurbished foyer they are open during the day as a café. Alongside the best coffee and cakes you can look at what they have coming up at the theatre and book tickets. They also have community spaces, hot desks and free WiFi available.

What's on in December at the Brentwood Theatre

  • The Night Before Christmas, based on the famous poem. A Brentwood Theatre Production family musical for all ages runs from 18-24 December.

  • Jack Frost is another wonderful family show taking place on 11 December.

  • Melvin Beddows Big Band are putting on a festive concert on 12 December.

  • Brentwood Community Cinema’s Festive Films have already started but there’s two more left ‘Home Alone’ on Saturday 18 December at 6pm and ‘White Christmas’ on Sunday 19 December at 8pm.

Part of the Organising Team

To be involved with the Sportstiks Brentwood Half Marathon, an event that has put Brentwood on the British athletics calendar for so many years now, is an honour and a privilege and can only enhance our position within the community so that we can continue to offer our programme of entertainment for all the family. Our programme includes films, musicals, drama, Christmas shows, magic and even Wrestling.”

What else is available at Brentwood Theatre?

During the day we have Rhyme Time for the children, Meditation classes, Tai Chi and many other events. So to keep up with 'what's on' go to our website or we can also be found on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

"We are delighted to be given the opportunity to be part of a consortium 'running' this event for its 40th year." Ian Southgate, Brentwood Theatre Manager.
